BnB Keybox Rental
Terms and Conditions

Following T&C governs the rental and use of key boxes provided by BNB Keybox Rental to landlords or external agencies.

1. Ownership and Use

– The key box remains the property of BNB Keybox Rental at all times.
– Rental opens to property management agencies and/or landlords (lessees) for property access purposes.
– The lessee is responsible to ensure the security of the keys inside the keybox and to ensure using the keybox appropriately.

2. Access Code and Security

– The key box access code is shared only between BNB Keybox Rental and the lessee upon signing the rental agreement.
– The code must not be changed without written approval from BNB Keybox Rental.
– Any unauthorized change or reset of the code will be treated as a breach of agreement, and a $150 admin fee will apply to restore access on every breach.

3. Rental Terms and Conditions

– The keybox rental is available on:
  • a month-to-month basis, or
  • a 12-month basis.
– Fees are payable in advance according to the selected term.
– The key box must be returned in good working condition at the end of the rental term. A repair or replacement fee of $300 will be charged if it is damaged or non-functional.

– A bond of 4 weeks must be paid before keybox activation on any rental terms.

4. Promotion: Free One-Month Keybox Rental Coupon

– Eligibility: Available to lessees who sign a 12-month key box rental agreement.
– Condition: If the agreement is terminated early, the value of the one month must be returned to BNB Keybox Rental.

– Promotion period: sign off before June 30, 2025

5. Damages, Misuse, and Liability

– The lessee is liable for any loss, theft, or damages to the key box during the rental period.
– BNB Keybox Rental assumes no responsibility for any loss or damages to items stored inside the box resulting from misuse or failure to comply with these terms. Please carefully read the instructions on keys pick up and drop off.

6. Termination

– Either party may terminate the rental agreement with 14 days’ written notice, no fees applied on termination prepaid rental will be refunded with one-week penalty deduction.
– If the Free One-Month Keybox Rental Coupon was used and the agreement terminates prior to lease end date, the one-month fee must be paid to BNB Keybox Rental.
